My proclivity for aesthetic beauty led me to a career in interior artistry and faux finishing in 1996. I began my journey with custom finishes in Atlanta Georgia serving a clientele with uncompromising taste. Styles have certainly changed over the decades so my repertoire has expanded and developed. With wisdom and experience I've refined my expertise in tailor-made color formulas and customized techniques. Achieving high expectations has opportune me the confidence a master in my field. I am grateful to now serve the beautiful state of Arizona.

FINE ART

The human form, my main vehicle of expression, translates a vast array of emotion from subtle beauty to jarring catharsis. Both ceramic sculpture and paintings, my body of work offers one of a kind visual articulations intended to draw it's viewer into it's story. Both color usage and textural aspects are implemented with specific intention adding complexity and distinction to each unique piece.

 

POTTERY

From the moment the clay is centered on the wheel I anchor into rhythmic bliss becoming one with the clay. I find the scent of earth and water grounding and calming. I absolutely love every aspect of pottery from it's aesthetic beauty of both form and color to the raw gritty texture juxtaposed the smooth glassy sheen of it's slick vibrant glaze. Eating from handmade Ceramic Pottery deepens our relationship with food while experiencing it's tactile beauty. I create each piece with thoughtful intent to revive it's timeless beauty long lost in our modern world.
